Eligibility Criteria

The Priority Programme was established specifically to recognise and reward valued account holders who have been long-time customers and shown tremendous support for the Club over the years. The Programme is offered by invitation only to selected account customers. Invitations are offered based on a range of qualifying criteria including the number of years the betting account has been used, account activity in racing and football, and the level of participation by the account holder in Club-related activities.
After accepting an invitation to join the Priority Programme, you may enjoy all the current privileges applicable to your relevant tier of the Priority Card. The accumulation of points in the current season will determine your privilege tier for the following season.

Way to accumulate points

  1. Frequency of your participation in racing and football through your Betting Account
  2. Amount of your participation in racing and football through your Betting Account
  3. Frequency of your visit to racecourse facilities during race meetings
  4. Opening of an HKJC Betting Account and the length of time you have been using it
  5. Shopping at designated "Gift at Races"
(Once per race meeting, regardless of the number and amount of purchase)

*Remarks:

1) The Priority Points accumulated by the customers during 2017/18 racing season will be used to qualify for the card tiers in 2018/19 racing season

2) New tier cards will be issued in the following month to the customers who are entitled to an upgrade with sufficient Priority Points. If the upgrade is on or after 30th April 2018, the new card will be sent to the customer’s registered address in Hong Kong by mail in September 2018. However, the customer can still enjoy the additional Priority Coins and corresponding upgraded Priority Privileges.
